Default Anyone use the SMS mount for the MP5K?

Been thinking about grabbing one of these for my SP5K. I like how small and low profile it is while not completely eradicating the smooth lines of the receiver like the huge MLI mount does, plus it doesn't replace the rear sight drum like the other micro red dot option available does.

I understand the Shield Mini Sight isn't that great of a red dot, but they do have an adapter plate that allows for a Trijicon RMR (which is what I would prefer to run on it).

Anyone have this and have feedback?

I have not seen the one you've posted before, interesting. Micro sized base eliminating all the bulk of the MLI mount that is unneeded if one is mounting an RMR. Cool idea!

I've been looking at the one linked below. I'm still on the fence on what model of RMR to get. (I'm using "RMR" as a generalization for all ruggedized micro reflex sights, not just Trijicon). It of course replaces the dio-peter sight entirely.

How well does it co-witness? I like the idea, but if your irons are lost it's a no go for me. I have the b&t low mount with the aimpoint t2 and I can still co-witness
