    Not mine, just a heads up.
    Lots of items in this auction. The HK stuff is about 3/4 down the page under the banner - A Sampling of Class III and Other Fine Military Arms-

    March 2017 ? Extraordinary Firearms Auction ? Selected Highlights

    ...there is also a very interesting HK G3 .22 conversion kit. Never seen one like this, serial number 10.
    Carrier is dated 9/63, 4 aluminum mags are dated 2/63.

    The earliest one before this one that I had seen was D 0098 ("HK T&E ONLY" marked)!!!

    This thread probably belongs in the Head's Up section like the OP requested.

    That 22LR kit appears to be a prototype. 1963, S/N 10. Never seen anything even close to that early.

    I'll defer back to Rain Man on that one.
