(I still have some fitting to do but I actually like the selector with this style housing).

I couldnt tell you who made the housings, but when I saw the HK BFS coming out last spring, I went on a mission to find one and I did..so they are out there. The plastic is a little different than the traditional SEF and the finish marrs easier, but it works. They just needed the shelf opening knocked out but was otherwise drop in the width between pin holes is already correct.

    They look good stippled too!

Now as for the BFS, the fit and finish is excellent. As noted above, selector is crisp but not too tight. Its an excellent pack. I havnt been to the range but the function check was easy. It took me a second to figure out how to remove the selector (it wasnt in the instructions) but it wouldnt go to the normal 12 position until I pushed down on thr hammer, but then it was a breeze. Took about 5 swap with the learning curve. Future swaps will be about as quick as a caliber change in an oem pack.

Also must say it came with a round offside selector wheel and a full right and left selector so you can set it up as needed. Also comes with a heavier spring for larger calibers.

I could only function check, in binary after the hammer cocks and positively reset the trigger it release fires as promised. Nifty little gadget. Much better quality than my fostech ar ii as well. This is all cnc cut, not cast.

Cant wait to get to the range.
    Excellent tutorial!!!

An ejector, ejector spring, and ejector pin. I think that those who are setting these up as a complete lower are on the right track

I am dedicating all new parts to each of the packs to keep my existing non binary packs ready to go. I paid around $66 for the 3 parts for a 9mm pack at hkparts.

I went to RTG parts and got the US made ejector. Spring, ejector and ejector pin (2 each) was about $92 shipped. Franklin order from July 31 is shipped, Optics Planet from Nov 2nd has not.

Are these binary triggers serialized? anywhere on the unit? Wondering if they ever get regulated, will the be register-able.....
