Default 2 HK 416N AGB on GB

No affiliation to this, do not know sellers in any capacity.

There are 2 GB auctions for these Norwegian 416 AGBs.

Looks very interesting but I wander how they would work on 10.4" uppers and do they need to be heat shrunk onto the barrels like the A5 AGBs?

2 different sellers, 2 different prices.

The first seller neglects to mention the plunger, spring and pin are missing.

The second seller neglects to mention the plunger, spring and pin are not factory HK parts. Instead, they're some crap he threw in there as he was in the same boat as the first seller.

Looks like some of the ancient blocks from ZIB were grey imported to the US and now someone is trying to cash in. They cost less than 200 USD including shipping, asking 900 is outrageous.

    Edit:

    here is the source:

@baljar and @tlrgsxr that is fantastic info. Thanks for the replies.

I guess this should be cross listed in the Known Scam Section.

I wouldn't consider it a scam. Scam would be if there was nothing to sell, this is gouging.

I leaned to the Scam angle as they are not forthcoming regarding the fact that:

    1) one is not operable as it's missing parts

    and

    2) one seems to have non-HK Parts in it.

Regardless, the community has received a heads up on these. That is all that's really necessary.

Oh yes, when you put it that way it is a scam. High dollar for missing and wrong parts = scam.

You can see there's no roll pin in the fist pic of the first auction and as a result, certainly no spring. I suppose it could have the plunger, but I'm betting no.

In the second auction, the roll pin is incorrect. It should be a coiled pin, not a split pin. Also, the plungers are black, not shiny silver.

PM me your email and I'll send you some pics.
