    I have a question. As retarded as HK is, they were very vocal and litigious about anyone that copied anything resembling an MP5 and generated cease and desist orders. Will this be an inevitability here as well or has this been rectified?

    To anyone that has put one together.. did the UMP parts drop right in? Or will they have to be modified like when doing a USC conversion?

    Sounds like the lower hooks will have to be opened up, but what about the bolt?

    I'd love to add a UMP pistol to to my USC conversion.

    Can somebody other than Atlantic Firearms go out and shoot one and report back please?

    Let us know how much sight adjustment is required to get it sighted in (L/R of the rear sight) which will tell us how accurately the trunion is being placed in the molding.

    If the bolt is a 45 ump bolt it has to have the left side machined to fit the usc. but the usc bolts will work without any machining. From my understanding the 9mm and 40 bolts are already machined to fit. However I could be wrong. The lowers I'm not sure if they have to be opened up. I just used a tommybuilt lower and it worked without anymore modifications.

    @fullmann

    UMP parts will need to be converted to semi, hooks opened up on lower, etc. Receiver is made for UMP mags and does not need modification

    Coming soon with a buddy who has one also so there is 2 of them to compare to each other. I have noticed some interesting things right off before any assy.

    Inserts are BRASS, once cross threaded and/or stripped?

    There is no Texture, they are very smooth compared to HK receivers.

    The cocking handle slot is too narrow, resulting in the CH being a MFr to pull back.

    Was told it came with the rails, it did not.

    There are 3 separate things I can see that deny FA Parts drop in. More on this later

    Will get back to you after we build them up!!

    Need another Parts kit!!
