What’s even more interesting to see is who’s selling it....

GSG9 made the mold for Tom Bostic to make the receivers (if I'm recalling that correctly)

OK, so from my limited knowledge of the G36, I do recall reading here (I think?) that G36C parts kits are quite expensive? Is that correct?

So with that being the case, just wondering what they might price a standard G36 rifle at with their US parts? Kind of thinking out loud here.

Well if Todd is involved it won't take long and it will turn into a pile of steaming horse crap.

Yes, not putting a dime in his pocket. Dealt with him in the 90s when he first started up.

This USA made G36 smells and sounds like Special Weapons version 10.7, just in polymer form, so buyer’s beware. Why? Because TB never really went away.

July 21, 2017, Adam’s own words: “Todd (SW) was bought out entirely and completely YEARS ago. SW no longer exists and was shut down. Todd agreed to never come back and make roller locks again. He is gone, finished, moved on. There are no more Todd Bailey firearms. His FFL was never renewed and no more Todd Bailey, SW, Coharie or any of his roller lock firearms are to be made again. All old news, past history and forever closed. Period.”

I guess Adam forgot to mention that Todd “moved on” to make polymer parts instead.

I’m not saying don’t buy or that part quality isn’t there, but you just got to ask yourself, doesn’t this all sound like something we seen and heard before? Why all the secrets about TB’s involvement? Anyhow, proceed and buy with caution and if you’re not happy, return what you bought, just don’t F with it.

I've bought a couple things from Todd lately. I'm not saying he hasn't done some sketchy **** in the past. I'm not saying he won't do sketchy **** in the future. But so far, I haven't had any issues. Except waiting for almost 3 weeks for him to ship a CA 416 upper. But I'm impatient. I got a "blem" 9mm UMP barrel and bolt from him. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and I've fired in excess of 250 rounds through it, suppressed and unsuppressed, without any malfs. FWIW, I'll deal with him until he gives me a reason not to. Tommy Bostic is a trustworthy guy. Obviously, some collaboration happened between him and Todd and Wade. I trust Tommy to not put his name on something that sucks. I say, give him the benefit of the doubt until he deserves not to have it.
