    Mine arrived today and is in tissue paper in the black box, which is slightly scuffed, no big deal.

    My black box was Damaged a bit too, but it was unexpected and I have no complaints. But I love the wooden case my USP 45 c looks nice in it. Now I just need a dusty ole coin. :)

    mine showed up inside the old Jubilee black boxes.....just kidding

    but thankfully the boxes were a good buy because the MP5 t-shirt i got was worthless, its an XL but sized like a small, not to mention the poor quality of the shirt.

    Yep, do not waste your money on that MP5 T-shirt like I did, it is complete junk. The quality of HK apparel has been going down steadily over past five years and with this shirt, it reached rock bottom. Thing is as thin as spandex and has an odd fit.

    HK, can we please go back to 100% heavy cotton made in USA shirts with some classic print designs? The current shirts reflect very poorly on your brand!

    Sad I missed these. But in reality it just would've ended up forgotten in a plastic tub in the garage like so much other junk I had to have.

    Well, I'm glad EVERYBODY ELSE GOT WHAT THEY ORDERED.

    I got a call today (yes, a phone call) and Tommy told me that they had a problem. I asked what was the problem.

    He said that my order of TWO cases could not be filled. I was expecting some kind of 'we miscounted our inventory' ... but no, they had an even MORE creative excuse. ONE of my two cases was damaged in shipment. Must have been in shipment to them, because they never shipped them to me!

    I told them FINE, ship the broken case to me anyway. I'll pay full price for it, because hey, it's from HK and it would make a great story.

    Tommy said that seemed OK with him, but he would have to check.

    Here is the email I got a little while ago.

    I called them several days after I placed my order, telling them that they had to finish with the charges to my card (I knew that because the charge for the two cases was at my financial institution but had not been finished) and when I called them the person I talked told me that it was no big deal, because they would charge it when then shipped it.

    THEY DID NOT.

    And YES Tommy, there is something they could do for me - you could have convinced your company to send me the damaged box like I asked you to - hello, gunsmith that can do wood work all day long and I TOLD Tommy that, but alas, no joy in Mudville...

    And I don't care about a 25% off my 'next purchase' because I'm not sure I'll be using the webstore again. There are a lot of suppliers for HK products. I've never had this kind a problem from any of them.- even the ones that charge more than the webstore does for HK products.

    And NO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, because there is zero reason not to send me the broken case - especially when I was willing to take it in lieu of NOTHING, and call it even.

    I understand your frustration but I am glad to hear they tried to make things right. Tommy has helped me on many different occasions with issues and I must say that he is my favorite customer service rep. He has completely gone way out of his way to resolve issues.
