    Default Any cigar smokers here?

If you are a cigar smoker, you got to have some place to hold onto your stogey while you travel with it, yes?

Not mine, no affiliation - though I did buy a couple - nice cigar holder

a little bit over priced, but it does say HK on it

I wonder if it's an OLP - hehehehe

I'm 99% certain that this was the slogan that was barely edged out by the "No Compromise" campaign.

Yah, I kinda figured that one was the first choice and cooler heads said, "NEIN, Nicht das"

I read the ad and it says it was a PROMO item holds a 8" x 54 ring

so some young entrepreneur took it upon themselves and put it out there some time in the past?

Probably. I acquired an HK cigar tube maybe 10 years ago. Now I just bought one of these from ctarmory (I believe he is a member here). They are absolutely identical. Observations...the “HK” does not have the ® symbol next to it for either my old or new tube. That doesn’t mean it’s not legit, I have several official items where the “HK” does not have the symbol. It would not surprise me if these were either a vendor proposed item many years ago, or something made up for a limited audience (Shot Show giveaway, IDT item, group of cigar smoking HK employees wanting a kitsch item). Regardless, these were never an officially sold item of swag, but I have drawers full of real HK swag that were never catalog items, yet real nonetheless. I’d call these legit in the sense I believe these were possessed by HK, either because they bought them or because they were sent to HK as a prototype in the hopes of receiving an order from HK.

Not big enough for the sticks I prefer and I need multiples, but cool anyway.

Everything HK must end with very collectable and rare. Did I mention rare?

I got two of them and it was 'the last two' he had on the last auction. Then up pops this one. I would not be surprised if he has a box, but doesn't want to dilute the value by listing them all at once.

I do understand that it might not be big enough for some cigars. You can always step down in size when you want to carry one with you to the range in you HK cigar tube.

    just sayin

Just bought one. This will look terrific with my HK shrine along a real Romeo y Julieta Churchill waiting to be smoked.
