    This.

HK did offer an enhanced trigger for the 416, but I recall it only allowed tweaking of the pull and didn’t have anything like what the MR has.

Asked Brownell's CS for a time frame on lower shipping. Got a response 9 days later (today) "unfortunately we cant give an ETA at this time"

I thought it was also supposed to allow it to be placed on safe reguarless of the hammer placement. Just want to make sure I didn’t instal the selector switch incorrectly.
I reread the following the other night. I think only the later versions had the ability to put on safe as you discuss

Thanks. It gives me a sliver of hope that the back order isnt an insane wait time.

I picked up my lower today and don't have time to go into detail yet so I'll keep this short.

My BRN-4 is NOT compatible with Magpul M3 PMAGs. They don't seat and completely bottom out on the (incorrectly broached) magwell.

Magpul specifically redesigned the M3's to work with the HK416/M27 for the USMC so this is the ultimate **** up.

I was willing to overlook the other cosmetic and functional flaws but this is UNSAT. IMHO, a CNC 80% or MR556 lower is a better option.

I can't even put into words how pissed I am right now. I will give Brownells an opportunity to make it right but this is the last time I order anything from them.

    More to follow...

Man, I would send it back if I were you. Mine seats G3 PMAGS perfectly. I tried both of my lowers just to check, both work great.

Seriously just my luck. I will give Brownells a call first thing Monday morning.

Just to clarify, the mags go in. They just bottom out before latching. I tried a few "love taps" but couldn't get them to seat.

Well that is uncool....come on Brownells!! This kind of money on a niche group project should have a lot better QC from you guys. I mean I get teething issues but mag fit differences from lower to lower is something easy!! Not to mention the lack of attention to details on other little things. And commo from CS that runs 9 days to say sorry we dont know when while other buyers call and get answers right away. RANT OFF sorry folks.
