    These were special order cases for a U.S. Government contract; once delivered, they were determined to be not useable and sold off as surplus equipment--- Capital City Firearms (Richmond, Virginia) purchased a pallet(s) of these cases (@ 200 U.S. importation) at a U.S. Government surplus auction--- they are fairly rare.
