    Default Lnib hk 93

I don't know the market on these. I just love when the pop up like this. HK93 was my first 'black' rifle.

And its HK91 partner (as shown on the shipping paperwork together). Nice find KB!

Tony will be on this shortly to tell us the blood type and family history of the two employees working for HK that made these back in the mid 70s...

    Uh, I'll ask.

Isn't a HH dated rifle supposed to be blue/green (probably stated this wrong) instead of black?

And isn't the HK93 supposed to have a buttstock with a metal back plate (to attach the rifle buffer)?

It's an early gun, with a buffered carrier, like the Saco ones, or the Malaysian 33s.

So I looked at more pics and saw the SACO mark, must have been right around the time HK bought SACO.

I don't know about the color, but maybe someone will @AGG

I'll have to find Tony on another forum to see what he thinks of the Beretta AR70.

My SACO rifles were all very dark colored.

I look forward to hearing Tony's $.02 but that looks like a righteous old specimen to me.

Both the HK91 and HK93 should have the blue-gray finish--- both are correct and fine examples!!!
Very nice (late import) Beretta AR70, as well.
