    If it was original match lower frame, shouldn’t it have the trigger stop? My target has it, figure the match would as well. Or maybe the trigger stop was a late model addition?

    It has the correct trigger guard with trigger stop. You can't see it because the stop is retracted. In picture 14 you can see the telltale set screw that unlocks and locks the stop in either position.
