I mentioned some of the issues that were being mentioned on this thread to them. Specifically to the shipping damage, no one has contacted their customer support to resolve any issues. The best way to do this is via email: [email protected]. I'm confused why everyone complains on HKPro about something, but doesn't contact them to resolve it...
Okay thanks for clarifying and I will say again I have "mostly" had a positive experience with them and a Thanks to you @HKI-Sales for bringing in some of the cool products. I know for me personally and Some of the Guys I know who have dealt with AU, we want to be able to talk with someone on the phone for info, I have asked them to call me via Email/VM and I know one other person who asked the same and DID NOT get a call back. Lots of info can get lost in translation via email where a quick call could clear things up. YMMV

What is really going to be done though? RAL8000 mags aren't just available to be able to provide a replacement. I think most of us realize we are lucky to have these mags and will still choose to keep them if the only recourse is a cash refund instead of a replacement. I bought a couple of CT pistols and a couple of mags and wouldn't go back to change anything, but I still wish AU was more up front about their sales. I'm now a bit uneasy and nervous about what condition the RAL8000 lowers will arrive in because of the cost and fact that they perform no function in their current form. They are purely an aesthetic-motivated purchase, and it sucks that I'm concerned about the condition because nothing at all was disclosed on AU's website at the time they were for sale. I could only assume they were new and as such, in new condition as well. We shall see.

Same here, over the years on different items, I have tried to call/ email and get nothing back, so you just hope and pray if its worth the risk, same here on the RAL MP5 mags, a couple of chips on both mags, was thrown in with 2 RAL 556 mags in one padded envelope, nothing else but the invoice, and now another item/ RAL trigger pack, I guess its time for the popcorn and watch the show in about a week when they start showing up in the mail

Thank you, there is some value (cost?) to not sleeping well and waking way too early on Sunday morning.

Thanks! Somehow I missed seeing the heads-up the first time around so very pleased to get a second chance. Picked up one of the RAL rails so I guess I am headed in a downward spiral towards a MLI MP5 build.
