Default HK416 PDW Bolt Carrier at AU

Saw these on AU - Grabbed one just because.

I should've bought the kit that was listed on here recently to go with... ah.

It’s a paperweight without the recoil spring and stock. Just sayin’... finding the other parts will be impossible.

UMP45 Reported he was able to use various stocks with the b/c and factory recoil spring

HKparts.net stock and the Maxim pdw stock are not the same as the HK416C stock. Your welcome to try yourself if you don’t believe me.

I never said they were the same stock. I'm saying he said he ran various stocks with success using that setup

"I have and have used the factory HK416C stock, the GSG9/Todd Bailey/HKParts.net setup, and the SB PDW brace all with no issues."

"It worked perfectly because I used it with the factory German HK416C PDW bolt carrier and flat wire recoil spring."

I plan to try it myself since I purchased both and have a SB PDW brace.

I think your interpretation of his comments are incorrect. The HK416C bolt carrier is not compatible with the HKparts.net stock. The HK416C stock is shorter and uses a different recoil spring/buffer.
