    Like that one, $2600-2800 would be my guess; probably at high end of range. It all depends. I bought a NIB one several months ago for $2900.

    That does look like its in MINT condition! May I asked what caliber its in? Im new to the HK world of firearms. Great move on the trade, Im sure you'll be really happy. Happy Range Time.

    Most were chambered for .308 Winchester but later in the production run they were chambered 7.62 x 51. For practical purposes these are the same, however, the detail oriented could provide exact chamber dimensional differences...

    Beautiful FB Whats the year code? Will you install an ejection port buffer? My recent acquisition is pretty close to yours and I'm wrestling with the buffer idea as it messes up the finish forever.

    It's an IB or 1981.

    No way, no how would I put a ejection port buffer on this or any HK. Not only does it mar the finish but rips into the metal receiver.

    This gun will remain a safe queen. I have another HK91 that is a shooter. It came with the ejection port buffer which I removed. It left ugly marks into the metal receiver.

    FB , Mine's an HK year. I'm going to get a ptr shooter. for the same reason.

    I'm no fan of the PTR. Read about a lot of problems with those guns.
