    Default HK91 and STD SR9

Besides the furniture , polygonal barrel and flash hider , what is the difference between STD SR9 and STD HK91?

All SR9 rifles are equipped with polygonal-rifled barrels.

    There may be additional differences.

Nothing - SR9 is awful, I'll give you 500 bucks for it. <kidding> Enjoy it. You've been blessed.

The SR9's barrel length is 19.7" while the HK91's barrel length is 17.71".
    Sparkplugs are irrelevant.
    Plenty of HK's and clones.

So basically a STD SR9 IS an HK91 with different type of furniture and a better barrel.

Check the Bolt Head as well. I believe the polygonal rifles will have a raised ring around the firing pin hole similar to the 93 bolt head.
