While picking this up, I was told this was 1 of 2 that arrived yesterday and both already sold today. I will now have to save up funds to buy all the conversion parts and then get a trust and stamp so I can SBR it.
What's the date code on it, jmn?

While cool and unexpected, anybody know what the true reason was for this release?

    - Overrun of USC parts found in warehouse?
    - State/local gun ban frenzies across US make USC a viable niche weapon in some locations?
    - Market research shows USC production could stimulate stagnant UMP parts market?
    - Simple, stopgap production option to placate hungry consumers?

Would be neat if this became a regular thing like what KAC's doing with their vault/throw-back productions...though from what I'm seeing here snagging one seems to be a bit of a cluster****

That would only be cool if they did a run of UMP lowers as well.

Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.

I guess it's not first come, first serve with GAG. My order was placed 8:00am EST and they had my FFL on file, but I still received a cancellation notice 4 hours later! It sounds like some people who ordered after me are getting their orders fulfilled - what a crappy way of doing business. I'm not too butthurt though, since I have an order in with my LGS..

The ones on GB show BI on the bolts, and I can convince myself I have seen that on receivers.

It's a BI or 2018. I can't attach the pic from my phone but will later after I get home from work.
