Default Sphur on my Namibian SG1

So originally I wanted to get a shorter green stock, but the color match was difficult, so went in another direction and got one of the Sphur telestocks.

Here it is on my Nambi PTR with a genuine SG1 barrel and a WTS trigger pack.

It’s amazing how absolutely perfectly the aim point lines up with the cheek piece, though I intuitively want to be lower to use irons. I hope the rubber buttpad comes out soon.

Just for giggles, I also installed the 416 slim line and I rather liked it, as I could use the irons perfectly

Overall the design is weird but somehow compliments the design of the rifle, though a CAR 15 stock might as well?

I have a low profile scope mount on order to install my Aimpoint CS, and will come to a final conclusion then.

Big pluses are the weight and compactness it offers without any of the drawbacks of the paratrooper stock, though I wish the cheek piece could be QR with a comfy area underneath.

Very nice. I've always like the look of the "Namibian" furniture. That Spuhr stock would look perfect if you found a green color match of Cerakote or other finish.

Thanks! it's definitely on the books to get the color match done in the future.
