    Default Help with HK94

Saw an HK94 in LGS today and damn I really like it. I need help with its value. Itís in excellent shape, straight stock and one magazine with original box. That said, what is a reasonable price to pay? Theyíre asking $6999. That strikes me as way high but then Iím unfamiliar with HK rifle values. Please help me out. What would be a reasonable offer to make, not a low ball but in line with current values?

The market on original HK94s has gone nuts in the last year or 2, GB has had nib versions for that and higher. I would not pay more than $5.5k but I might not be living in reality anymore. I remember seeing converted HK94s with transferable sears for $5k in the mid 90s and thinking those prices were insane (I of course had no money at the time). We may be looking at the new normal.

About $1,500.00 too high, even if an excellent A3!!!
Let us know if you acquire it.

Itís the straight A2 stock. It is in excellent if not like new condition but based on your input I doubt we can make a deal. I think Iíll let it sit for a month and if still there offer $5.5

    Thanks all.

Go in make an offer you can live with and if he doesn't take it leave your name and number letting him know it's a limited time offer and walk away. If you're lucky you'll be the owner of a 94 if not you can still shop around for an original or a good clone or even an SP5. My bet is you'll be happy with either one and might even save yourself some big bucks.
