I'd have to see the piece before laying out cash, but yes, I would be interested.
A friend of mine told me he will be selling the newer black HK USC 45 that will be CA Legal. The HK USC will be modified to be CA compliant and the 10rd magazine will be pinned. The HK USC will be available in the new future. I have no pics yet.
Would anybody in CA be interested in a CA Legal HK USC 45 black?

How would you load a fixed mag? Would it require taking it apart - take the upper off to get at the lower? That would be a real trick...

push pin rear , instead of threaded bolts, most likely. hinge the gun open to load.

it would be way easier to just plug the thumbhole stock with a piece of plexiglass and a screw. those damn 10 round mags are bad enough let alone having to take the gun apart to load it.

here's a pic of a buddy of mine who happens to be trapped in CA,
its 2 pieces of black plastic cut to shape just behind the pistol grip screwed together through the sling hole in the stock with some glue in between the plastic so its not permanent but still not easily removed
I really have to school him on that trigger finger :)

Good God I'm glad I don't live in California.
