Oh yes, the mini and micro uzi's have an undeniable cool factor. Almost bought a mini uzi mg yesterday but wife was not onboard so close to Christmas...looking on the bright side, next year is only a few weeks away

Never really been into them. Also they are really close to hk sear's as far as price goes if I'm not mistaken. Last ones I've seen were like 30ish grand. For that I could get one of the cheaper tommy guns and say a m2, another mac, or be really close to a registered bolt uzi(although if I was buying an uzi I'd go registered receiver). Hell for the 30 grand I'd go with a second hk sear as I have a bunch of hosts. Maybe put it in a sef housing to get the die hard vibes off one of my hk94s(my sear is in a burst pack).

And that is an auction for a complete gun. I think the sear itself is in the teens. Thing is, you get a FA AUG, then you will end up buying extra barrels and a few other features. And, if those barrels have to be original Austrian, then it can get even pricier.

Funny thing about the AUG sear, I paid $1k for mine. The going rate was about $100-$200 more than an HK sear at the time.

I passed on a Aug sear a few months ago at 19K. For that kind of change I'd pony up a little more for another Fleming. Market is weak and definitely not going anywhere.

And probably don't shot in Semi. After Sandy Hook I realized how wrong I was about ammo. If you don't have minimum 10,000 rounds sitting around for SA in each caliber gun you have, you probably don't shoot, now with Full auto on the way, it is more like minimum 100,000 rounds of each caliber you will be shooting in full auto ;)

OK...How about phrasing it like this?
I've NEVER in 20 years regretted buying ANY machine gun (w/ hk sear at the top of that list!) but I do kinda regret wasting all that money on all the semis I now own. In fact I should sell every last one of those buggers and buy more MGs. As in now. But alas...in addition to lacking will power to save and being a redneck mag dumper ...I also am too lazy to actually sell ANY of my guns.

I’ve known guys who want a sear, but say they can’t afford it. Then they spend $3k to $5k on another semi host, such as an SP5k with all the added features to make it an MP5k. People often keep spending a few thousand on a new semi because they feel FA is just not obtainable. We tell them to sell the semi autos and start banking their money for FA. Better to have a sear and no semi autos, than to have 10 semi autos and no sear. Semi auto hosts are easy to get, and quite frankly, are a terrible expenditure from an investment standpoint. Absent some political change, they will cost the same next year, as they do today, as they cost a year ago.

Yeah, my semi guns mosty sit.

    Amen, brothers. Preach it.

Seriously, I feel exactly the same way.
