yes. the pistons are tuned different for each gun to my knowledge, and obviously one is LH vs RH pitch
Is it possible to switch the KAC pistons back and forth (MK23 and USPt) but us the same MK23 can?
Thanks

yes, same can different thread L/R same spring I'm sure. I had both pistons for my AAC when I used it on a Mk23/Tac can't imagine why it wouldn't be on the KAC

I just thought I could get the piston and wouldn't have to wait on another stamp.
The KAC USP Piston Assembly (Product Code 22500 94367/16x1 LH TPI) will cost @ $600.00!!!

wow, that's absurd!! they used to be $375 and I thought that was ridiculous. half the cost of a complete supressor!!

Here ya go. In stock even:

The other option is to have the USP-T KAC can and buy the LH thread RCM MARK 23 Barrel from HKParts:

Thanks. I already have the KAC MK23 can. I was just thinking if I get a piston, and then not have to buy a complete suppressor, then wait x months for the stamp which is another 200. It will cost money either way.
I dont have a 45 Tactical pistol yet, but there is a HK45 compact Tac and then a 45 Tac locally for sale (although not much in the way of a sale $$$ on either).
I have a list of gun and gun related things i want to get and I'm just going down the list.
9 mm suppressor is next.
Least expensive piston that I found:
