    I think intent would be the biggest factor here. You had better already own a registered sear before you started trying to cut receivers blocks or modify bolt carriers. A sear ready gun seems like a liability considering HK factory sears are readily available.

    Bolt is tungsten filled from my understanding. Plenty of semi hk carriers have been welded to make them full auto. Best way is to weld a piece of tool steel in and machine the trip back in. That will not fit past the block in the sp5.

    Now that being said there is a way around this. A video was posted on here today of a sp5 being fired in full auto where the receiver was not modified.
