    Default Ambi pack issue

I purchased an ambi pack that I’d eventually like to set up in 0,1,f configuration with my Fleming sear. Unfortunately the ambi trigger frame has galling around the right selector hole.

The plunger in the right selector lever will not recess into the selector and allow the lever to rotate. I don’t want to force it and cause further damage to the frame or gouge the plastic lower housing.

Can the metal ambi frame be fixed? Would filing the selector hole work or just make the problem worse?

Typical when most of us went to re-assemble our first ambi pack.

This occurs when people attempt to force the right side selector back in place incorrectly. One of the many things I cover in my training courses.
Once damage occurs, you need a new trigger pack.
