From what length barrel was it removed? Looks like a 16”/14.5”. The 10.4”s I have and have seen are marked as such (10” is stamped into the side of the gas block).

No markings on it like a 10” stamp like I have seen on non-vented. Wasn’t on a barrel came with a parts lot I bought.

For those that know, was the unmarked block meant for both the 16 and 14.5?

I know this doesn't help, but I purchased a 10" vented gas block from a member here that was removed from his factory BE 10.4" upper. It was unmarked as well, however the vent hole on the gas block was the correct size for the 10.4" barrel. The seller might want to confirm the size of the vent hole on this block to differentiate between 10" and 14.5/16".

I can do that. Measure the vent port on the front of the GB? What’s the best technique?
