Default WTS: tsc machine sp5 full auto carrier *SPF*

TSC machine sp5 full auto bolt carrier with removable sear trip. Brand new never installed. Prices *SPF* shipping USPS Priority Mail. I accept postal money order or certified check only, no trades.

I called mike at tsc machine and asked his permission before posting the pic and he said ok.

I was wondering what bolt carrier he started with, now I know. Wonder why he didn’t start off with an F type?

So is it a German, non-F carrier?

Price, the hk94 carriers are cheaper and if he screws up a sp5 f carrier then he would have to mill a normal f carrier to semi and then modify.

Yea HK94 carrier with the recoil rod hole in the back opened up so the rod slides in and out like a F one.

I have one that was done with my zenith's mke carrier. We found out that the mke carrier's metal was no where near as hard as the German one.

So much for MKE and POF guns being just as good except for the finish. I think most of us correctly suspected there were corners cut on adherence to German specs. Thanks for sharing.

It’s not clear to me how this gets inserted and removed from the receiver. Is the trip somehow removed? I doubt that looking at the pin. I like the idea of getting around the sear block, but wonder what it means for ease of disassembly and cleaning.

Edit: I think I was mistaken where the retaining set screw is located.

@ccosby is it a pain to reinstall the sear trip once the carrier is in the receiver? Curious if you have amble room doing this through the ejection port or wherever you do it.

You do it from the bottom with the trigger pack removed. Its easy, if you look at the OP's second picture you can see the cutout in the carrier next to the trip. That is so you can use some needle nose pliers to help insert it or to remove it. The trip is screwed in via the back of the gun with the stock removed. Biggest thing I know of is people had the screw come loose so some weak thread locker should be used.
    TallPine and veritas like this.
