Although these are recently acquired and it goes against my better judgement to sell them in our current climate, I really want a Gen 1 Viper GTS and in order to get it I have to liquidate some stuff to make the wife happy.
First is an absolutely brand new, mint condition, un-fired 1990 HK SP89 with factory box, styrofoam, manual, and registration card. Not a mark on this gun. NOTHING. I'm happy to provide any number of pictures to interested parties, but honestly I don't believe the charge handle has been pulled back more than a handful of times on this one. I'm looking for $6,000.
The second is also a new in box un-fired 1990 HK SP89 with the styrofoam, manual, and registration card; Unfortunately, the original owner put an optic of some sort on this one and left VERY VERY light marks on the rails. Honestly, I didn't even notice it the first time I inspected the gun. I've done my best to detail it in the pictures, but please don't hesitate to reach our for additional photos. He assured me the weapon was unfired, and I have no reason not to believe him, but given it had an optic on it I did disassemble and clean this one. I saw absolutely no indication that it's ever been fired. Other than the slight marking on the optic mounting rail, its immaculate. Again, I'm happy to provide any requested assembled/un-assembled pictures. $5,500
The guns are one digit from being a consecutive pair, so Ideally I'd like them to stay together. They are serials xxxxxx7 and xxxxxx9 Will do $11k as a set.
I purchased both from the original owner and verified his purchase with the owner of the gunshop at the time, Bud Wells. He did buy them both brand new from Buds Gunshop in Lexington KY when they were located on Industry Road many moons ago.
