    Default WTS: RDTS MP5/40 Pistol

MP5/40 built on a German kit by RDTS. Comes with two magazines. German barrel and bolt group. Runs perfectly. It is currently registered as a SBR but I can remove it from the registry. It can then ship as a pistol to your FFL.

Reduced to $2,850 shipped. Discreet PP Friends/Family, Postal MO, or bank cashier's check please.

That is a steal!!!!!!!!!!! To have Ralph make one, runs about $5000+. Someone please buy this,
    I'm feeling nauseous.

ETA: A parts kit alone {not put together} is probably $1700-$1900. Just FYI for those looking.

Buy it as a pistol, then SBR it. If you buy it as an SBR, it will sit in jail for......hmmm.....a long time. Once you have it, as a pistol, you can SBR it,
shoot it, while you're waiting on approval {as a pistol only, unless you have a sear}, and be happy as a pig in sh$t.

I'm not 100%, but I think it's just.....the current owner sends in a letter to the ATF, requesting it be removed, and he gets a letter back indicating that
it has been removed. I don't think it's anything like doing a form 4, with a two state transfer.....if applicable.

I have it on good authority that "There is actually no duty to notify ATF! It is appreciated, but not required. Once it is no longer configured as an NFA item, it is not an NFA item. But most people do notify ATF".

    You actually need to notify.
Lets say you don't notify.....someone gets in a LE situation...
Hey Joe you are in possession of an illegal SBR...not registered to you.....
Also if new owner wants to SBR they will say it already is...can't do it....
No wait for approval but if new owner wants to SBR...see above
