Mowen, I have had Ben Stoegers book on practical dry firing - finally getting something to dry fire with! Plan on picking up some snap caps too when I pick it up. The more practice, the better!

Anyone have any recommendations for .45 ammo online? I'm thinking about just using the winchester value packs for a few weeks and then looking for bulk purchase during 4rth of July holiday sales...

Newbie here. First day on the forum. Found this thread and posting some of my answers to older posts that were interesting to me. These may not be the right answers but they are my answers.

Holsters: Bravo Concealment, Raven Concealment, Vedder Holsters, Fury Carry Solutions
Mag pouches: Bravo Concealment, Blackhawk, Fury Carry Solutions
Ear plugs: SureFire EP4 Sonic Defenders under electronic muffs
Electronic ear muffs: Caldwell, Peltor, Howard Leight
On accuracy: Those diagrams are useful to a point, after which if you're not happy with results you're not shooting enough; go shoot another couple thousand rounds and reassess; repeat until happy

    SGAMMO, TargetSportsUSA, OutdoorsLimited.

Buy by the case, save lots of coin. Fiocchi, S&B, Geco, Win Service Grade all my usual go tos, whichever is cheapest at the time.

for ear plugs, I've had a custom molded set of ear plugs for twenty plus years. They came in handy riding my 89 ultra with straight pipes.

The looked a lot like the ones sold here on this site

    https://www.earplugstore.com/custom-...-shooting.html

I had mine made at a gun show when I was living in Denver. I wore them a LOT when riding and then later when I shot a lot - I added them under the electronic muffs I have. Double protection is a good thing, but you cannot hear very well with double protection. My hearing is pretty bad, giving all the loud guns and loud music and loud bikes? Yeah, probably have some hearing loss.

I’ve gotten several p30 and vp9sk mags from grabagun at pretty decent prices. I’ve had good luck sourcing sub-$35 P30 mags using the UPC code search tool at gun.deals.
