    Default Mags!

Ok, so I could not tell a better place to ask this about mags since it is between the HK aluminum, and the CETME steel mags. I had bought some rusty CETME mags that I though I could fix up, but failed. I have purchased some aluminum on line, but have a place close by that has VG to new steel CETME for same price as HK aluminum. Which would be a better purchase? I already have a bad taste in mouth due to failed attempt with CETME mags. I can save almost $10 for 5 CETME vs HK mainly due to no shipping.

Get the HK aluminum, unless you have a CETME.

I sent you a PM a couple of days ago regarding the steel CETME mags...I couldn't get a picture to upload to the PM, so I posted a couple of pictures to your "First Post" thread in the Clone section. All 12 mags are now back in service...some have heavy pitting, but they work. Best rust remover HANDS DOWN that I've ever seen is Evaporust...you can get it at almost any Harbor Freight, as well as other sources.
