    Default New Zenith Owner

Hello every, first time Zenith owner and first time roller gun owner. I only bought the Z-5RS last week and I've put 500 rounds down range. It's quickly becoming my favorite firearm that I own and I honestly wish I had gotten into roller guns earlier now.

    Nice build.

Just a few comments though.. the hand stop is facing backwards. And just as an FYI - if you ditch that rail and pick up an MFI ultra-low profile rail, you should be able to get a co-witness with that optic and the iron sights.

    Otherwise, have fun!

Thank you very much, I'm glad to be here and I hope to learn more about rollerguns and hopefully acquire more in the future.

Thank you, it's going to change though. I'm still on the hunt for a Surefire M63 rail. I tried the handstop both ways and prefer it like that, although it's more than likely going to be replaced with a AFG soon regardless. The La Rue was just a random thing in my parts bin that I have no idea how or when I acquired so I decided to play with it.

As for cowitness, ARs were not my first rifle so I don't feel the obsessive need for cowitness. As it stands, I can with the front sight but it's not something I require. I do want to get a shorter rail though. Thank you very much for your comments.

    :) Not mine either.

I just don't like having unusable irons, regardless of the platform I'm on. But carry on!

Welcome to the addiction called roller guns!! They are awesome, but will keep you broke, because there is always "one more" that you just have to have. A fun addiction!!

I found I like to shoot mine pulling against the sling. I have shot the pdw, braces also. For some reason it just seems to feel best and no worries about SBR etc. what do most people prefer?
