I know we mostly talk guns here, but if it's okay; can we talk about HK's financial stability? Afterall, if HK goes under.... No more more HK guns for us to buy! I'm trying to research for personal insight only. I did a few searches and even found some info regarding the terminated Colt/HK deal from 1999 for $110,000,000 as well as some restructuring of the company in 2013.
Here's a link of HK's financials covering 2012 to 2013:

If anyone else has any info sources or factual knowledge that you can share as related to HK's financials, please feel free to post. It will be much appreciate!

Without known what is going on behind closed doors, they too much value IP and patents to go bye bye. Someone would acquire them.

I don't think it's so much a company that would be prime for acquisition because of how much debt they have coming due in 2018. What's of more interest is this Profit & Loss agreement between HK and the Parent Co HKB, which seems to just be a shell company with some financial ability to cover short falls like it was in 2012. HK seemed to finish out 2013 with 80% leverage, which is excessive. They actually took on a little more debt in 2013 than 2012 but gross profit was much better I'm 2013 despite a 5.7% decline in Revs. Also seems that there's some economic and bureaucratic issues holding back the fulfillment of orders (potential sales revs in 2014). Overall not the best financials, but also not the worse. Definitely some improvement over some indication that they were in really bad shape mid 2013: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2...ncial-straits/

You may find of interest the lawsuit involving CMF Cayman and HK, the complaint for which is at:

It will be interesting to look at the financial numbers in the coming months/years as they begin to reflect the VP9 sales.
Getting exact sale figures on product lines is impossible and the ones who do know are probably restricted from sharing that info but definitely new product lines will help raise new revenues. Personally, I'd like to know how much of their sales are to the US more so civilian vs military & LE.
