I liked the somewhat impromptu feeling of the video myself, makes it feel a little more personal.

And by the way, apology accepted Mr. (HkUSA) President. (As long as my rifle arrives very soon that is!)

But with some incremental improvements (over the first series of the MR223) that I would have liked as well:
    • stock includes set screw to remove play (present in MR308)
    • spring-loaded captive pins (present in MR308)
    • standard pin distance
    • grip with storage compartment (present in MR308)
    • two-stage trigger
    • can be put on safe in decocked state (present in new MR308 20")
    • cocking handle with bigger latch
    • ships with diopter sights

Two improvements found in the new MR308 with a 20" barrel (standard hexbin handguard screws, stock endplate secured with a small wire against losing) don't seem to be included. Does anybody know more differences?

I'm guessing it's like our HK pistols, not chrome lined, and real easy to clean and still corrosion resistant.

This is interesting, does anyone know if the 416 has this feature?
My HK416D could not switch to safe when the hammer is down.
