Default Exact distance between Crush washer and start of Gas Block on HK416?

    Question in the title.

I probably will never have a chance to see the real thing in front of me, and want any barrel cut down to be as accurate as possible. So if using the Gas block as a guide. How much Barrel is there between the Gas block and the start of the threads/crush washer. I have looked at pics and my eyes are failing me.

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry 10.4" there seems to be a small amount of barrel between the two. Originally I didn't realize there was a gap.

I would just send it to ^ that guy ^, and let him do it correctly, with nitride, reprofile to correct factory dimensions (not just length), and sleep soundly. ;)
