The sear/ hammer interface is different. The answer is still no. Call Geissele and they can splain it to you. I'm outta here......

Ummm, actually, it probably will work fine. I've swapped Geissele hammers around. Don't bother calling Geissele, they will tell you no.

That's interesting . I actually got to meet Mr. Geissele (Bill ) last April over at Ft. Bragg during the USASOCISC ( United States Army Special Operations Command's International Sniper Competition ) . We talked about a lot of things , one being the lock time on the their MR triggers . I specifically asked about different hammer springs and hammers . He said no based on the having the firing pin safety feature still active . I know they make their trigger components in certain lots and they track that . They don't recommend mixing lots . As a matter of fact I don't know if they even sell " spare " parts like hammers and such ?

btw, I was able to buy a new Super Precision Scope Mount made for the Vortex 1-6 Scope for $115.00 !

I'm not saying I recommend it either, but I'm saying I've mixed Geissele trigger parts on more than one occasion without issue. Will it work for the OP, who knows? He will have to try. Will Geissele warranty it, nope!

My modified 3 position Geissele trigger (safe, SSA, and S3G) is an example... http://youtu.be/VW_mwvoVOtY
