I have a Geissele Super Precision 20 MOA mount on my MR762A1 and it’s a rock solid mount, cannot recommend it enough.

It holds a Vortex Razor HD II 4.5-27x56 scope. I regularly shoot it out to 1100 using a 178 ELD-X. The hit consistency definitely drops off between 1000-1100 yards. With that mount I get 71 MOA of elevation adjustment with the scope. A few weeks ago a friend and I were messing around and shot at 1,609 yards. I ended up dialing the full 71 MOA up and holding 20 minutes on top of it. I hit 3 for 12 but that is wayyyy beyond how far I feel comfortable pushing a .308.

1,100 is plenty doable with a 16.5” .308 and the right bullet.

My collection is a zero-sum affair...what you see here is what became of my HK Roller Lock liquidation.

Those are the ADM Recon Mounts, I have used both, mostly Recon on 556/300 BO as for anything larger the Delta Mounts, no plot, I wouldn’t think I need to go into those kind of small details on here. Bolt Guns, Fixed Mounts just as one should use Direct Thread Suppressors on Precision Guns.

Do I need to say DT should be used on Precision Guns and Not QD Suppressors on here? I wouldn’t think so, but hey..

I spoke to guys in Mosul doing so with 13” barrels, so I know it’s doable for sure. Wasn’t going to say anything until I saw your post. They were hitting small targets also. Lots of peek a boo!!

No idea WTF you're talking about or why you're referencing cans...

Look like ADM Delta's in 3/4 pics to me...Top/bottom rings, no side cut-outs...

Thanks again. Your advancements and insights never cease to amaze me. Thanks again for whatever you think you do.

And yet here's what the Recon's look like...with the vertically split rings (which suck):

And this thread was going so well..... Hell, as a non-long distance shooter(I generally stay between 500 to 600), even I was learning something.

I prefer fixed 10x for 7.62(original M24 issue) but then again, I'm old school like that. Leupy mk 4 LR/T. It's got crap large adjustments (1 moa elevation and 1/2moa windage) but it does what i need it to do.

Now all you pesky kids get off my lawn...
