Default HK416 Rail always coming loose.

Hello all, both the factory quad rail and Remington RAHG comes loose on my 416 BA 10.4 upper. The screw usually starts coming loose after 50 or so rounds. Is this normal or is there something I can do? Thanks for the help!

Put some Lock Tite on the threads, and you'll be fine.
