    Nice. Do you think the colored polymer mags are more durable than the translucent ones?

    Thank you all! I too, would prefer steel over all others. Steels just look right in a 416 too. Though the newer RAL8000 416s look proper with the matching mags.

    I would imagine the solid colored mags would be stronger than translucent, but that's solely based on me hearing the clearer a mag is, the less strong it is. I have had G36 mag feed lips crack, but I run those more than any other mag.

    Just picked up some Ral and sand colors myself love the look of the new gen 3 mags

    I love the steel ones, never was a big fan of gen 2 and 3.

    The steel magazine gets a lot more dirty than PMAG on the field.
    The mag bottom collects sand and dust very easily.
