    Default M27 IAR bayonet lug

I have decided to do a M27 build with Nefarious Arms M27 barrel. I have all of the other parts except the barrel mounted bayonet lug. Any places out there to get this?

If it is the same as the G36E then hit up Bostic.

I do think the barrel diameters are different for the M27 barrels VS the MR556 barrels. MRs are smaller so a run may be difficult because some folks have the real BBLs and some have MR BBLs. Maybe an option would be a diameter compatible with the M27 BBLs with an insert sleeve for the MR BBLs? Any info on just how much of a difference there is between the two?

@nefariousarms hinted in the below thread that something might be in the works. If that's true, please put me down for one. Thanks.

I told Marvin I too want a bayo lug. He seemed to think they were commercially available. I told him they are not.

small Necro post, Marvin has said in his m27 barrel thread that he is too busy to produce something like that. I found a few older threads where a few members used a HAO (airsoft) steel replica. I am interested in the front sight collar for the HK416A5 HAO makes. Can anyone who purchase a M27lug replica from HAO share their experience? was the fit, finish, and integrity of the part acceptable? Did it fit dimensionally?

It was good quality as far as aesthetics in my opinion. Mine is held in place currently with a set screw until I can get the notch cut for the cross pin. Also the HAOs will only fit on an MR barrel. Marvin's barrels are a little to big for it. As you are probably aware these are airsoft parts and I would never advocate using these in place of the real part....I use them "for looks only". Another thought is there is no telling what kind of ship time you can expect due to all this CV19 crap and them being in the country of origin.
