When ever in doubt, always go to the source of authority to get the legitimate answer to a question. That is why I went to HK USA directly, with an e-mail and photo documentation. With all due respect, with that confirmation documentation in hand from HK USA, that is all the energy I need or want to devote to that subject.
It is refreshing that HK USA responded within 24 hours to my inquiry, and provided the info I requested in 1 e-mail exchange.
That e-mail exchange with HK USA prompted my HKPro registration and blog entry, to help others with the same question.
