TexasJim liked post by jpgeorge On thread : USP Are They Better?
The ergos of the P2000's, P30's and HK45 do not make up for the overall USP experience. I love all three calibers of USP. I do not have any USP compacts, so I can't comment. The P7 and P9 series are...

I have never needed to break in a firearm. I do spend a certain amount of time and ammo, before I CCW.

USP/P30 liked post by jpgeorge On thread : IS H&K Phasing Out the USP Line?
Opinion: If HK stops production of the USP series, then they should get to work on the P40k series of handguns. It would be exactly a USP with metal magazines, pic rail, some slide serrations and...

Cheignsaw liked post by jpgeorge On thread : VP9 slide failing to lock open on final shot
The most likely answer is the thumb. I do it all of the time. I grip the pistol too highly. I believe the right hands thumb needs to be off the slide. I have been working with a firearm instructor on...

The frame should not get so caked with anything that you need to scrub very hard. A regular toothbrush will do. No metal brushes needed. If you force a q-tip in there, you might have a problem.
