    No worries.
No advantage just looks and coolness.
Other mods only needed for people with Sears.

Its worth saying with these there is really no reason to do this if you don't have a sear or are planning on getting one. Well other than the remark which just again looks better. The gun is going to function the same with a semi pack. If you have a sear in an ambi pack then the lower is hopefully marked right, if not I'm sure Mike would swap a different one in for a small fee.
    Thank you for the explanation.

Yes that is a normal hk94 style shelf he installed. Any clipped and pinned lower housing for a 94 style gun should fit.

Maybe a dumb questions but..... If I wanted to do this and a Form1 sbr, would it make sense to do this first and submit my Form1 as an Mp5-N? or would I still list SP5 on the Form 1? If I did the Form 1 first as an Sp5, would it cause problems that I then had it remarked to Mp5-N?

I'm going to do my Form 1 as an MP5-N. I did the same thing when I converted my HK94.

You list what you want the model to be. If you are going to remark mp5-n that is the model you list on the form 1.

Most "std" c/p will not work.
With the original hole that 9X series guns didn't have I had to make the walls higher to cover the hole.
The height of the clip needs to be raised on these.
