FYI: court ruled SAFE Act 7 round provision as arbitrary and that it be removed.

What an idiot!!! How did Cuomo get elected? This just shows the rest of America that this dumb *&ck shouldn't be in charge of the dog pound, let alone be in charge of a state!!!!! I wish the court had blown out the whole thing. Dumbs laws being passed by dumb ass politicians. Sorry guys, this A.H. is too much and I can't bite my tongue on this one.

Question is, does the suit eventually make it to US Supreme court... Will a final determination be made?
Lucky Ned Pepper: What is your intention, Rooster?
Rooster Cogburn: I mean to kill you in one minute, Ned. Or see you hanged in Fort Smith at Judge Parker's convenience. Which will you have?
Lucky Ned Pepper: I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!
Rooster Cogburn: Fill your hand you son-of-a-bitch!

I would definitely like to see this go to the supreme court. Legislation like this, put in place for one state is a loss for us gun owners as a whole.

I'm pretty sure this whole mess will end up in the supreme court. In the meantime it is nice that an itty bitty nugget of common sense was able to push through that b.m. of a law and come to light at the top of the bowl

Finally, some changes to this whole ridiculous ordeal called SAFE Act. "did not have time to read the bill" this is just golden!!! We talking about firearms regulations and these people did not have time to read the bill.
I was wondering will they change any rules regarding ammunition purchase.

Things like this just piss me off! I hate when f**king politicians try and infringe on our rights. The entire notion that a state can "ban assault weapons" is completely backwards, I feel that we should own the same weaponry that the military does, Full auto or not!
The law abiding citizen is always the one who feels the wrath of the liberals after a devastating incident, as if reducing what we can own, or the amount if ammunition will have an impact. Those so called "assault" rifles and "high capacity" magazines will continue to be made, and will be "imported" by criminals if they do get banned. The only ones with the short end of the stick in these cases is us!
