    Default SBR in Multnomah County?

How difficult is it to get the CLEO signature in Mult?

I'd prefer not to have to form an LLC or trust but I have the feeling that getting the signature might be difficult.

    Thanks.

I have just dropped all mine off with a copy of my ODL to him and had no problems - I tell them I want to pick them up instead of mailing them back to me. That is about 12 in the last year since he took over for Bernie, but you do get a love letter with it
    Good luck

With the below. You might want to rethink a Trust or Corp if wanting to just get around the wait/cost of a LEO signature:

I did a Silencer as a personal and I dropped off the paperwork and got them in the mail 5 days later. I also have just got back my SBR on a trust so no sign off there.

They have not taken any action on this yet, and as such, is still an excellent way to go! Not to mention the benefits of a trust!!

I keep asking all the Class 3 and 02/07s I know who are in different states and do not know one another, and even though I would prefer some of the freedoms and quick turnarounds a trust provides, they all say the same thing "if your CLIO will sign, go that route" as then it is yours and no worries of someone down the road reversing the trust route and not grandfathering in what is out there on trusts. Not saying it will happen, not saying those people will have to resubmit with a CLEO, just I will not have that worry!! I will probably put a couple items in a trust to be able to let trustees use those items without me present.?? May never make a difference, in these times we are one shooting that causes an executive order away from possibly something like that happening.. Just my .02
