Has anyone tried the short reset for the p30? Is it worth the $99 price tag?
Yes and yes. I've been very impressed with mine so far. Reset is much shorter and more noticeably, the distance you have to pull after the reset to get to the SA "wall"/break point is shorter.
Install was easy if you know your way around HK pistols. Even if you don't, there are great resources here at HKPRO to help you out.
If the P30 had came from HK like this, it never would've earned the reputation it has of having a bad trigger IMO.

Glad you asked- was about to post the same question. Anyone have the SRT kit and an actual GG trigger job? Been curious if the reset distance and break after reset are the same. Obviously there are other differences as well.
Looking forward to (hopefully) a compatible version of the short reset Latch for the V4.1 CH LEM.
I may have to get a GG Part and compare one or the other, in the meantime.
I have a P30sk and 4.1 parts on order @ HKCS.
Nice to hear positive feedback about the new GG Kit.
If anyone is interested I can modify any USP, HK45, P30 or P2000; SA/DA, LEM standard or 4.1 for $65. Return shipping is included. Up to 25% more reduction in reset trigger travel over a drop in.
Haven’t had a chance to try out the new parts, but Gray Guns worked on and HK45C for me years ago that was awesome. Alas, I ended up selling it, 45 in a polymer frame pistol turned out to be more recoil that I was willing to tolerate.
