Default HK mags from Elite Tactical Systems

Has anyone heard of these or had any experience with them? I am considering buying one of their VP9 SK mags. 12 rounds for what looks to be their flush mag.

I had a couple 10 rounders for my Glock 43. I know it is a single stock and a Glock but I had issues with feeding. I contacted them and they said the magazines need to break in and to leave them loaded for a few days. Afterwords I didn't have any more malfunctions but I never trusted the magazines for Concealed Carry use.

I bought a 12 round mag from them. A bit tighter in the magwell than the factory HK mags. About the same if only loaded with five rounds. Springs right out just like factory HK or close. The mag seems to need a little more pressure to fully insert the mag into the magwell. Talked to their customer service who have been very responsive. Their recommendation was to keep the mags fully loaded to set the spring. What they say is happening is the mag is swelling. The swelling goes down over time. Another problem I found was that the mag would pop out when the gun is holstered in the Bravo Concealment OWB holster(https://www.bravoconcealment.com/pro...ex-gun-holster). The paddle release was being pushed maybe due to additional pressure of the mag swelling. Not sure. Their customer service said the same basically. They always said they would have no problem with a return and full refund. They also would apologize for any issues. Over time, the mag does seem to be working better and works fine in my OWB holster. It did not at any time have issues in my Bravo Concealment IWB holster(https://www.bravoconcealment.com/col...on-iwb-holster). I have not used the mag yet at the range, but plan to. I did get two the ETS AR mags that interlock together. I have also not tried these at the range. I do have some photos that I will try to post. Will show factory HK 10 round flush mag and ETS 12 round mag.

I had watched this video before ordering, but it is clear the guy did not really try them out. He just went by how they look, etc.

This guy found that the slide does not lock back. I will have to try this.

I have the 21 round mags for my vp9. I wont lie, my 1st 3 mags I got were a bust. 1 wouldnt lock the slide back at all. The other 2 were 50/50 at best.

The good news is ETS is SUPER customer friendly. If you have FB, contact them through msgr and they will walk you through possible issues. I ended up getting 3 new ones sent to me. I guess the 3 I got weren't oiled (or oiled well) inside the mag body. The next 3 I got have been going strong. A few minor hick-ups but ots been ammo related (I was running some real soft 147s).

Good to know. Thank you. I agree their customer service is good. I had just emailed them. They were really responsive. Hopefully, they take feedback and correct issues.
