Default P30 & "P3000SK" getting some range fun

Recently found out my local gun range (Shooter's Station in Conroe Tx) has a league that meets twice a week for various match-type shooting events. Being an indoor range too helps not being at the mercy of the weather. It has been a while since I've shot anything like a match so I jumped at the opportunity.

First up, the P30 v3 with trigger job and accuracy upgrade by Bill Springfield.

(last two targets i shot in tactical priority from one side of the barricade...which made sense. But the directions were to engage one target from each side.....brain fart)
    Clean run.

Last night I brought the "P3000 SK" (A P2000SK I with a re-contoured grip to mimic my P30) with a Light LEM trigger also installed by Bill Springfield.

This was also a clean run.

I found that I seem to shoot faster and smoother with the light LEM than the SA/DA. I'm thinking of getting a P30L V1 specifically for competition shooting.

Nice run you had there. I am still struggling between the P2000sk and the P30sk.

Love the LEM trigger. You might find the v4 LEM even better - the medium trigger rebound spring offers a more positive reset. YMMV.
