Default HK Items Stolen (Granbury Texas)

We weren't sure where to post this, so straightgrain determined this was the best location. The long story short, our eventual retirement home was broken into and everything I had in storage was stolen. They had a month to empty the place as I was locked up at home due to the pandemic. The good news, once they tried to hit the house we busted them and the two methheads are sitting in jail. The bad news, all items I had in a storage building and two shipping containers were already gone and most have not been found (including a UTV, ATV, 20Kish of 9mm, and a ton of other ammo). The methheads aren't talking. I'm posting this here, because several HK items that were in storage are gone and probably sold or traded for pennies on the dollar. I guess I'm asking people to stay on the lookout for the following items in the North Texas region, especially if someone is trying to sell multiples of the items listed below. I have started the process with my insurance company so we will see what I receive but some of these will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to find.

and the ones that hurts the most:
    • HK Eagle Urban Camo Protoype Case (no link or pictures)
    • PSG1 Tripod (this doesn't really need a picture for this group)

No actual firearms were stolen as they are locked up at our current home.

    Please keep an eye out.

    Thanks.

Sorry to hear that my friend. I hope it all works out for you, especially with your insurance company. God speed!

    I'm sorry to hear this.

I have a friend that lives in NC and last year (year before) when a Hurricane came ashore near him, he had so much water that he lost two SHEDS FULL of parts and uniforms he's collected his whole life (he is approaching middle age).

He was lucky that all his firearms were safe and sound, but all the other stuff was basically destroyed from sitting in water for at least a week or longer.

I do feel sorry for you as well. This will be the time you find out exactly how good of insurance you purchased.

    Good luck from West Texas.

Hope they find all your things and those scumbags get what they deserve.

I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. I live in Dallas and have told three of my local FFLs to call me if any of that stuff comes in.

Sorry for your experience--- at least no firearms were lifted!!!
Do you have the SN's on the conversion kits, so that citizens in the area can be on the lookout?

unfortunately, most of that stuff was probably trashed as I'm sure they had no idea what it was - other than cases/bags to stuff other loot into...

Glad you were able to catch them.

Before now, I only recorded serial numbers for the firearms. I didn't even track my power tools. Now I'm writing everything down and taking pictures.

Pictures help. I was recently burglarized and they took among other things , 20 firearms ...and my lock box of important papers with all the serial numbers and gun paperwork.... take pictures of everything.
