    I had the same issue with the 9mm smooth thread protector. GSL has/had them for the 9mm in both thread pitches. i have no idea if they have them in other calibers, but worth a call

    somebody asked me to clarify about GSL so I thought I'd post my response here--GSL technologies. they are building Gemtech cans today such as the Phoenix(MK9K) and may have manufactured cans for Gemtech in the past. As i said they set me up with smooth side thread protectors in both thread pitches

    OP--you might want to contact them and see if they are going to resurrect the Raptor line as well as MK9K
