I'm not up to date on HK other than the 2 VP9's that I own, but these 2 guns were on display under "New."

The second photo is a closeup of the third photo.

    Nice pics!
Where they on the law enforcement side or the commercial side? Just curious because the 2nd and 3rd look like the csass rifle.
    Thanks.

I asked about availability of the 433 as a factory SBR and was told things depended on the potential adoption or not by the Bundeswehr. So here's hoping......at the same time I'd like to think H&K will at last see the value of the American civilian market as it used to.

FN was displaying a similar weapon, which was marked "multi-caliber". I asked "5.56/.300?" and was told that hadn't been finalized yet but, I can't see that they'd do otherwise. Very compact with the stocks folded the both of them.

I do love my AUG, (just so hard not to, especially with a post-sample progressive trigger pack, selector switches will never truly do it for you after you try that feature out) so I was at the Steyr booth to bug them (again) about a .300 barrel and was told it is under development by Steyr Austria. Which was more than they'd admit to last year. So I now have the strength to resist the Tavor for a little longer. A great platform in it's own right, I just prefer the AUG.

All in all a good first day of SHOT.

They said it will be available commercially soon, like Spring 2018.
